Lianhua providing good service, maintains instruments for customers free of charge and solves technical problems
On the occasion of the 40th anniversary of Lianhua, we planned and held a series of activities to thank and give back to customers, and thank the Chinese water quality guardians for their recognition and support to Lianhua for 40 years.
In June this year, the 2022 Service Miles and "Customer Care Month" inspection activities were held to give customers free door-to-door maintenance of products and solve technical problems.
First stop: Goldman Sachs Chemicals
The chemical enterprise uses Lianhua Technology 5B-3C (V8) rapid chemical oxygen demand (COD) analyzer, which is a classic instrument for detecting COD, which has been on the market for 11 years. The instrument in the photo was produced in 2016 and has been running stably for more than 6 years. It is mainly used for rapid detection of COD values in all aspects of sewage treatment, providing scientific data support for sewage treatment.
At the inspection site, Lianhua Technology engineer Cheng Gong carefully verified the absorbance, transmittance, curve value, accuracy and other instrument-related indicators of the 5B-3C (V8) COD rapid tester. The color dish and other hardware were comprehensively inspected, and the relevant instrument maintenance knowledge was informed to the customer. The problems encountered by the customer in the usual experiments were also given troubleshooting and solutions, and the inspection task was successfully completed.
For this COD measuring instrument that has been in operation for 6 years, the customer first expressed his affirmation of the durability, stability and accuracy of Lianhua Technology's instrument, and expressed that Lianhua is very trustworthy in terms of the quality of the instrument. In addition to quality assurance, we are also very attentive in follow-up service guarantees. If there is a problem, we can come to the door in time. Moreover, Lianhua has a wide variety of reagents and is very convenient to use. In terms of price, it is also very cost-effective. It is hoped that after the "retirement" of this instrument, the cooperation will continue to be replaced by more high-quality new instruments from Lianhua Technology.
Second stop: Cooperation Laboratory of Southeast University
Southeast University is one of the long-term cooperation universities of Lianhua Technology. The instruments are widely used in daily teaching and scientific research laboratory water quality testing. The scientific research laboratory in the picture is mainly engaged in the research and development of new materials and new technologies. In the field of water treatment and environmental protection, a number of water quality indicators need to be tested, such as normalized detection indicators such as COD, nitrate nitrogen, and nitrite nitrogen.
The laboratory is equipped with several Lianhua technology water quality testing instruments in the water treatment experiment. The instrument model for this inspection is 5B-3B (V11) multi-parameter water quality analyzer, which is the multi-parameter flagship instrument launched by Lianhua in 2021. . Engineer Cheng Gong often travels to Southeast University on weekdays to exchange equipment and experimental problems with teachers, and this time is no exception. During the inspection, after checking the indicators and hardware of the instruments, they communicated the differences between the old and new instruments and experimental precautions, and assisted the teacher to complete a series of water sample testing.
For Lianhua's products and services, the teacher gave a high degree of affirmation: in daily experiments, most of the complex water samples are used. Lianhua's instruments and reagents can be applied to a variety of complex water sample conditions, and the processing and testing results are accurate and reliable.
